Client wanted to update all units to a modern kitchen and bath design so that they may attract more upscale clientele and justify higher rents. Norfolk supplied high-quality, all-wood cabinets, in a popular shaker door style and white finish, and modern quartz countertops. Installations would take place as units turned over.
