Ben Rosen
About Ben Rosen
Ben has been with Norfolk since 2006, after graduating business school and learning the industry. He worked his way up through different facets of the company, eventually taking over as President and CEO, his current role. Ben enjoys working through various challenges with customers, vendors, and employees, finding winning solutions that work for everyone.
In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his wife and kids, exercising and being outside with his dog.
Jack
About Jack
Jack has over 37 years in the business, and 24 with Norfolk! He has built up a strong customer base over the years, regularly working with general contractors serving the multi family housing industry. He is an expert in the field of kitchen cabinets and design, remodeling, building materials and project management.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and family and travels or heads out to the golf course every chance he gets.
Steve
About Steve
Steve has been with Norfolk since 2002. Initially a retail kitchen & bath designer, Steve became an Account Manager with our multifamily division, and eventually our Multifamily Sales Manager, his current role. Prior to Norfolk, Steve worked for a local countertop manufacturer and briefly at a big box store.
Steve was awarded the IREM Boston Chapter Affiliate of the Year in 2017 & 2019 for his and Norfolk’s involvement in the organization’s events and training.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, usually at his son’s activities and sports teams. Steve is also an avid music fan and has played guitar in rock and blues bands throughout his life.
Karine
About Karine
Karine has been with the Norfolk since 2015. She was Norfolk Multifamily’s first in-house estimator, and has built up the department to include 3 additional estimators on her team.
Prior to Norfolk, Karine spent 11 years at Armstrong Cabinets as an estimator. She also worked in sales at a small custom cabinetry shop and a cabinet manufacturer in her native Québec, Canada. She graduated from college with a degree in Interior Design.
Karine enjoys cooking, gardening, camping, and spending time with her family.
Design & Sales Team
Our expert design and multifamily sales specialists are trained in all facets of the multi-family industry, from new construction to rehab projects. Many are also experienced kitchen & bath designers. Your dedicated specialist will work with you to source the right materials for each one of your projects, and provide you with professional design renderings of each kitchen, bath, and amenity space.
We also have a dedicated property management specialists focused on sourcing the best materials for all your maintenance needs, including paint, flooring, locksets, and more.
Estimating Team
Our estimating team coordinates with our design & sales team to provide estimates for each of our projects. Our team will analyze & develop the project scope, complete material take-offs, and deliver accurate & detailed estimates using the latest estimating technology.
Warehouse & Delivery
Norfolk has a large 75,000 ft2 warehouse facility in Braintree for multi-family stock cabinets and ongoing project storage. Our warehouse uses state of the art technology to organize and keep track of your project materials until delivery.
Norfolk is proud to offer an in-house delivery and fleet of trucks to deliver your materials. Our team is special-trained to handle cabinets and countertops of all shapes and sizes, professionally delivered to your New England jobsite.
Project Management Team
Our project management team has extensive experience with both new construction & remodeling projects.
From initial measurement to final punch list, our project managers are there to support your project from start to finish. Our team will be on-site to confirm measurements, coordinate delivery, and schedule installation, ensuring that your project is completed on time and up to spec.
